1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 16, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. The quoted part

A. The Plaintiff, with the trade name of “C”, was a person who conducts a creative construction business, and completed the construction work at the request of the Defendant from February 13, 2013 to October 2014.

However, since the defendant does not pay 22,00,000 won out of the above price of Chang Ho Construction until now, it is claimed against the defendant for the payment of 22,00,000 won and damages for delay.

In accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings to be dismissed, the interest rate of 15% per annum is different from the previous (20%) from October 1, 2015, and thus, the excess portion should be dismissed.
