On June 5, 2012, at around 20:40, the Defendant driven the B car at around 500 meters in front of the network third distance in the same Eup network located in the Dogtong-gu Dogdong-gu Dogdong-dong Dogdong-gu, Gandong-gu, Gandong-gu, Gandong-do, under the influence of alcohol with 0.10% of alcohol content.
