1. Lawsuits between the Plaintiff and the Defendant are final and conclusive on January 9, 2018 by this Court’s ruling of recommending reconciliation.

1. The following facts are acknowledged according to the records of this case.

A. In the instant lawsuit filed by the Plaintiff against the Defendant and the Republic of Korea on January 9, 2018, the instant court: (a) jointly pays to the Plaintiff KRW 29,000,000 to the Plaintiff by January 31, 2018. If the Defendants fail to pay the said amount by the payment date, adding a delay damages calculated at 15% per annum from the date following the payment date to the date of full payment. (b) On February 3, 2018, the Plaintiff’s remainder of the Plaintiff’s claim is waived; and (c) “the Reconciliation Recommendation Decision” (which means the Defendant and the Republic of Korea) is the “the Reconciliation Recommendation Decision.”

B. On January 10, 2018, the original copy of the decision to recommend reconciliation of this case was sent respectively to the Plaintiff’s legal representative, Defendant’s legal representative, and co-defendants of the Republic of Korea who were co-defendants.

C. On January 17, 2018, only the Republic of Korea submitted a written objection to the instant decision of recommending reconciliation. D.

On March 21, 2018, this Court concluded the pleadings after proceeding with the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the date for pleading.

2. The Plaintiff’s lawsuit filed against the Plaintiff is not an essential co-litigation that ought to be jointly determined by both the Defendant and the Republic of Korea. Of the instant lawsuit, the Plaintiff and the Defendant among the instant lawsuit were concluded upon the confirmation of the decision to recommend reconciliation of the instant case on January 25, 2018, respectively.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the part of the plaintiff and the defendant among the lawsuit in this case.
