【Criminal Facts】

At around 20:10 on February 13, 2020, the Defendant 2020-Ma533, while drinking alcohol in the above "C" operated by the Victim E (Y, 62 years of age). On the floor of the Defendant, the Defendant was able to have a half-racul for the Defendant's fluoring and dispute with his/her fluoring, and broken one of the fluor's disease, which is a dangerous object, at the entrance door window (1.2m x 2m m).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property to be 200,000 won in repairing cost.

Around 18:50 on April 17, 2020, the Defendant 2020-Ma 1168, the Defendant, “C,” called the victim F (n, 57 years of age) and under the influence of alcohol, was an empty beer who is a dangerous object, and was at the right end of the victim, sent back one time to the part of the victim’s right end, and sustained an injury with the victim’s number of days of treatment and the name of the sick.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
