Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30 on July 30, 2013, at E-ju stores operated by the victim D (W, 42 years of age) located in Gwangju Northern-gu, the Defendant: (b) sent back the F with F with F with a flat face-to-face with the Defendant, who would be to go to the house first; (c) as if the Defendant would calculate the drinking value, etc. of the said F, he would return to the said house, and as if he would then calculate the drinking value, etc.; and (d) as an employee of the victim and the said house, the Defendant said that “from the said house, the Defendant would be responsible for the drinking value of the F with the victim and the employees of the said house.”

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, was provided with two diseases worth KRW 340,000 in total, from the victim’s market value.

2. 상해, 재물손괴 피고인은 위 일시, 장소에서 위 G, 성명불상의 여종업원과 함께 술을 나눠 마신 다음 위 G 등에게 “H에 있는 I호텔 내 룸싸롱이 내가 잘 아는 곳인데 거기에 가서 술을 더 사주겠다, 같이 나가자.”라고 하면서 위 G 등을 데리고 나가려고 하였으나, 피해자인 위 D가 “지금 시간이 한창 영업할 시간인데 애들을 데리고 나가면 어떻게 하느냐, 일단 계산부터 해라.”라고 하면서 술값 계산을 요구하자, 피해자에게 “술값은 좀 전에 왔던 그 사람(F)이 계산하기로 했다, 내가 접대 받는 자리였으니 나는 술값을 계산하지 못하겠다.”라면서 술값을 계산하지 않고 위 G 등을 데리고 나가려고 하던 중, 피해자가 계속 술값 계산을 요구하자 화가 나 피해자에게 “나를 뭘로 보냐, 나를 못 믿냐!”라고 소리치면서 그곳 계산대 앞에 있던 숯 화분을 손으로 밀쳐 바닥에 떨어뜨려 깨뜨리고, 유리컵을 집어 들고 테이블에...
