A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2018, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Changwon District Court's assistance on July 10, 2018, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on July 18, 201 and is currently under suspended sentence.

On November 23, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on November 23, 2009; a fine of 4 million won for the same crime in the Western Branch of the Daegu District Court's Branch on December 22, 2015; and a fine of 1.0 million won for the same crime on July 10, 2018; and a person who violated the provisions on the prohibition of drinking driving on at least two occasions after having been sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on July 10, 2018

1. Crimes committed on March 28, 2019;

A. From March 14:00 on March 28, 2019, the Defendant driving a FFD car without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 1.5 km section to the roads following the E apartment, via the “D” road located in Hanam-gun B from the front of his residence in Hanam-gun B, and driving the FFD car without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. Around 16:25 on the same day, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.118% at a section of about 500 meters from the front of the said “D” to the front of the said E Apartment (hereinafter referred to as the “D”).

2. Crimes committed on April 11, 2019;

A. A. Around 15:00 on April 11, 2019, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 15 km from the front of his residence in the Haan-gun, Haan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun to the road located in the Haan-gun, Haan-gun, Sinsan-gun, Sinsan-do, Sinsan-do.

B. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at around 16:50 on the same day, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.143% from the 2km section of approximately 2km to the roads located in the 128 Sinsan Donsan-ri, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-do.
