When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle ordered to stop the operation.

Nevertheless, around May 8, 2017, the Defendant operated the ENW ENF rocketing car in violation of the order to stop the operation on the roads in front of the D gas station located in C at the Namyang-si.
