A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant committed the following acts in the state that he/she lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to intellectual disability:

On December 14, 2019, at around 06:09, the Defendant entering a structure, the victim F of the third floor of the building in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City reported and entered the passwords stated in the automatic entrance door, and opened a corrected entrance and entered the way to use the computer, etc.
3. Around 03:20 on December 15, 2019, the Defendant intruded into a structure managed by the Victim F in the same manner as that described in paragraph (2) at the same place as that described in paragraph (2).

4. Around 05:00 on January 1, 2020, the Defendant affected the structure that the victim managed by the Jung-gu Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (J) opened a door open at the “J” left and opened, and used a computer for about two hours without permission.
5. Around 05:30 on January 2, 2020, the Defendant intruded into a structure managed by the victim I, such as entering the entrance door opened at the same place as described in paragraph 4, and using a computer for about 30 minutes without permission.
