Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, destroyed other’s property as follows, damaged things used by public offices, obstructed police officers’ legitimate execution of duties, and led to a very rough and disorderly speech at public offices:
1. On December 21, 2017, around 23:05, the Defendant damaged the repair cost of KRW 367,000 on the part of the victim E, which was parked in the front of the “D” main shop in Gwangju Mine-gu, the victim E, who was parked therein, with the main set of the “D”, and the main set of the Fabur part of the car owned by the victim E, thereby undermining the repair cost of KRW 367,00.
2.
