A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (the similarity) committed a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles from Sexual Abuse on May 20, 2016, at around 16:00, at a house living together with the victim and his/her male-child group located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G, where the male-child group of the victim is living in the company, and only the victim and his/her family group are living in the company, and the victim are faced with the victim by inserting his/her hand inside the inside of the victim's own damage, and the victim gets the victim who was seated on the victim's body while moving the victim's damaged place, and led the victim to contact the Defendant's gender.

On the other hand, the Defendant continued to see that the victim was faced with a her arms, and the victim was her block with his her her block, and she again her blockd with the victim's block.

After diving, the defendant reported that the victim makes a cellular phone to the bed immediately, and put his hand into the victim's spanty and panty, and put his hand into the sound part.

As a result, the defendant committed an act of inserting the fingers of the victim who is a child or juvenile.
