B. (1) The Plaintiff’s loan to the Defendant as of February 22, 2018 is appropriated in the order below KRW 21,500,000, and the Plaintiff’s loan to the Defendant as of February 22, 2018 remains as the principal of the loan No. 2,841,918 (e.g., interest shall accrue from February 23, 2018).

(1) There is no dispute between the parties as to (i) interest rate of 223,562 won (=20 million won x 17 days x 365 days x 24% x 24 percent x 24 percent ; and (ii) the method of calculating the amount of loan 20,000 won for 17 days (from February 6, 2018 to February 22, 2018).
