except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Social work personnel shall not leave their office or perform their duties in the relevant field for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as a social work personnel, failed to attend the Geumcheon Residents' Center located in the area of 50 days from April 29, 2013 to April 30, 2013; 3 days from May 6, 2013 to May 8, 2013; 13.5. 1, June 24, 2013; and 2 days from May 29, 2014 to May 30, 2014 without justifiable grounds; thereby, the Defendant went away from his service for at least eight days without justifiable grounds.
