A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the urban development apartment complex located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yangcheon-ro 57-ro 37-gil (two Dongs) on May 27, 2016, the Defendant was requested to return home from the victim guard D (59 years old) belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station C District, Seoul, which called “the police officers created the first day as a criminal; and (b) the police officers kept the victim’s disease, which was a dangerous object flading the victim; (c) took the victim’s body fluor, fluoring the victim’s hand, fluoring the victim into the victim’s body, fluoring the victim’s hand, fluoring the victim into the victim’s body, fluoring the victim’s hand, fluoring the victim into the victim’s body, fluoring the victim’s hand, and taking the victim’s fluor.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning handling reports 112, and caused the injury of public officials.

2. On May 30, 2016, around 02:20 on May 30, 2016, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) was detained in the 3 heading room in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Police Station detention room in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the Gangseo Police Station’s room in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and detained in the 1 heading room in order to cover the wall of the toilet; and (b) upon detention in the 1 heading room, the Defendant laid down the entrance of the said protection room, stating that “I impunch, there is no crime, and there is no crime, and there is no change in the face.” (c) The Defendant removed the so-called punch and the wall of safety in which the market price set up at the entrance

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
