A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 2, 2018, at around 23:29, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a fcode car from approximately 500 meters to the front road located in D, in front of a restaurant located in Tong-si B, under the influence of alcohol by 0.12% of blood alcohol concentration without a car driver’s license.
