1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant’s credit card payment liability, etc. (1) around January 2000 entered into a credit card subscription contract with Samsung Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Tsung Card”) and used a credit card around that time, but failed to repay the principal amount of KRW 6,754 out of that amount.

(2) On February 21, 2002, the Defendant entered into a credit card membership agreement with the Korea Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Light Bank”) and used credit card at that time, but failed to repay the principal amount of KRW 4,527,963 out of the price.

(3) On January 25, 2000, the Defendant entered into a credit card membership agreement with EL branch (hereinafter “EL branch”) and used a credit card at that time, but failed to repay the principal amount of KRW 14,616,005, out of the payment.

(4) On March 27, 2000, the Defendant concluded a membership agreement with Samsung Card Co., Ltd. and used the above credit card around that time, but failed to repay the principal amount of KRW 10,842,570 out of the price.

(5) On March 5, 2002, the Defendant entered into a credit card membership agreement with the National Bank of Korea (hereinafter “National Bank”) on March 5, 2002, and used the credit card at that time, but failed to repay the principal amount of KRW 2,755,814 out of the payment.

(1) Around July 10, 2003, Samsung Card transferred its claim to the Korea Asset Management Corporation on June 30, 2003, and sent the notice of assignment to the Defendant under Busan Southern-gu B apartment 101 Dong 1402.

(2) On September 30, 2003, the El branch card transferred the claim No. 3 to the Korea Asset Management Corporation, and at that time, notify the Defendant of the transfer of the claim to the address above by mail.
