Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 60,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and is engaged in driving a motor vehicle by making a franchise;

On May 30, 2013, around 16:05, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.194%, while driving the said car at a one-lane road in front of the first set of the apartment model, which is located in the Yongsan-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Seoyang-si.
