1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 27, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a DNA insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) between the Defendant and the insured’s Plaintiff’s Plaintiff’s Plaintiff’s insured crew member C (hereinafter “the Deceased”), and between August 27, 2015 and August 27, 2030, with the insurance period as from August 27, 2015, and the major terms and conditions relating to the instant contract are as follows.
