A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

『2016 고단 5297』 피고인은 2016. 7. 12. 14:20 경 용인시 처인구 중부대로 1199 용인시청 14 층에 있는 시장 부속실에서, 2001년 경 용인시에서 시행한 공사의 공사대금을 지급 받지 못해 시장과 면담을 하겠다는 이유로 시장 실로 진입하려고 하였으나 용인 시청 직원들이 이를 저지하고 피고인을 부속실로 데리고 가자 양손으로 용인 시청 소속 직원 C의 가슴을 1회 밀치고, 오른손으로 C의 목을 잡고 1 회 밀쳐 C을 폭행하고, 용인 시청 소속 직원 D에게 욕설을 하면서 오른손을 들어 D의 얼굴을 수차례 때리는 시늉을 하여 D를 협박하였다.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning civil petition response by the public officials who are allowed to view.

Although the Defendant had been subject to punishment twice or more due to drinking driving as above, on November 12, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.103% from blood transfusion around 08:43, the Defendant driven an Estststal taxi at a section of about 1 km from the front of the post office located in Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, the Manam-si, the Manam-si, the Materng of which was 475, to the road of about 445, as stated in the same Gu.
