Punishment of the crime

Around 01:00 on March 14, 2013, the Defendant voluntarily moved into the Suwon Police Station C District of Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, and brought about the situation of damage to police officers under the suspicion of assaulting the Defendant’s wife-nam D. However, while entering the said district, the Defendant was placed in the direction of the entrance and damaged the chair’s market value equivalent to KRW 80,00,000 in the market price located within the said district, and then damaged the frame so that the market price is equivalent to KRW 770,00,000 in the entrance and the entrance is strengthened, thereby damaging the use of the goods used by public offices.
