A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics.

On May 2013, the Defendant discovered that approximately 50 marijuana 50 weeks were in progress in the Haju-si, Chungcheongnamju-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and cultivated marijuana so that it can grow well, by managing it, by removing the miscellaneous grass around the hemp and installing a support stand.

B. At around 17:00 on October 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared to take marijuana managed and cultivated in the Yari-si in the Yari-si; and (b) collected approximately 6.84 km from the preparation of saws, saws, and saws to take marijuana; and (c) stored them on the back of the passenger car volume, back of the passenger car; and (d) stored on the rooftop of the Defendant’s house.

2.(a)

On October 20, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant, collected and dried marijuana in the Defendant’s collection plan in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, 201, made the pipe by horse in a gambling place, and smoked marijuana by putting it in the inside.

B. On October 22, 2013, the Defendant around 14:00 and around 1:00.
