Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2018, around 05:00, the Defendant sold the window of driver’s seat of the victim D’s Esp-to-face vehicle parked in the location one time at the right blue zone of the victim D’s blue zone in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property to be equivalent to KRW 700,000 for repair costs.
