A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B(n, 36 years of age) are related with each other.

At around 11:40 on May 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) took a knife dispute with the victim at the home of the above Defendant; (b) took a knife (19cm in the knife length, 32cm in the total length) and took a knife with the victim’s items, and acted as the victim with a knife in a knife for several occasions.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
