Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A: (a) operated personal information files at “H” loan brokerage companies located in Seoul from October 2012 to February 2013; and (b) operated personal information files at “J” loan brokerage companies located in Gwangju Dong-gu from April 2013 to September 2013; and (c) operated personal information files at “J” loan brokerage companies located in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju; (d) provided loan brokerage services; (e) provided personal information to a third party without the consent of a subject of information; (e) provided that a personal information manager was prohibited from providing personal information to a third party

Around November 2012, upon receipt of a request from B to sell a personal information database, at the above H office: (a) around that time, part of the personal information database containing the name, resident registration number, mobile phone number, approval date, maturity date, interest rate, loan amount, work place, etc. of the customer K, L, M, N, etc. of the Defendant’s loan; (b) provided B with a total of 12,197 personal information by copying the personal information database of the same kind stored in the Defendant’s USB at the above J office to B’s computer without obtaining the consent of the subject of information; and (c) provided B with a total of 12,197 personal information by copying the

Around April 2012 to June 2, 2012, upon receipt of a request to change the personal information database from B, and around that time, the said J’s office provided B with personal information without obtaining the consent of the subject of information, as a total of 657,805 personal information by copying the personal information database containing the name, resident registration number, work name, job name, annual salary, employment rate, loan amount, etc. of the lending customer O, P, Q, R, and other financial institutions, such as SC Bank, CT Bank, Korea Bank, Hyundai Swiss Savings Bank, Solomon Savings Bank, and Solomon Savings Bank.

2. The Defendant B is aware of the fact that the personal information manager provided personal information without the consent of the subject of information.
