Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On March 24, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to two years in the Suwon District Court for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and three years in imprisonment for the same crime in the same court on January 27, 2010, and on September 7, 2012, nine times in previous districts including the termination of the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property at least three times as follows.
1.
