Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendants: (a) talked with the victim K (46 years of age) and walked with a large sound from the victim K (46 years of age) in the “I” restaurant of the victim H operation in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) during the process of driving the table, Defendant A took the victim K by drinking the back head of J; (c) taking the back head of the victim K (46 years of age); (d) taking the face of the victim K; and (e) Defendant B took the face of the victim L (46 years of age) taking the face of the victim K by drinking it; and (e) took the face of the victim L (46 years of age).

Defendant C continued to take the head debt of the Victim K, followed the body of the Victim K in several ways, and Defendant C was able to take the body of the Victim K out of the restaurant, and sprinked the Victim K outside of the restaurant, and sprinked the k’s face by the head, and sprinked the k’s face by the head.
