Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2016, around 19:10, the Defendant came into the office of the victim C, the 108-dong 206-dong 206, Busan Northern-gu, Busan, for the purpose of resisting the victim’s access to the apartment management office, the Defendant invaded the victim’s residence by entering the apartment entrance between D and D with his/her father and her mother, by making a false statement to the victim’s father and opening the entrance.
