1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes (special robbery, rape, etc.) at the Daegu District Court on April 10, 201, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive on April 19, 2013 and is currently in the grace period.

On April 5, 2015, from around 07:00 to 08:50 on the same day, the Defendant discovered the victim G (i.e., 19 years of age) who was divinged at the “F” bank located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and discovered up the victim G (i.e., f., 19 years of age), and accumulated the victim’s ambry with his left hand and the chest part at one time, and continued to put his finger into the victim’s hand on one occasion, and added his finger on one occasion.

In this respect, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim at a public gathering place.
