The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On August 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took a bath on the ground that the victim did not find a destination while getting on a taxi driven by the victim B (Nam, 51) on the part of August 5, 2019; and (b) the victim was waiting for a police officer after stopping the taxi in front of D in Jeju at Jeju.

On August 5, 2019, at around 01:40, the Defendant: (a) left the taxi to smoke tobacco; (b) left the taxi; and (c) was waiting for the police in the taxi; and (d) assaulted the victim on one occasion on the left side of the victim with his/her hand, while waiting for the police in the taxi.

2. The judgment dismissing the victim's intention not to prosecute the victim after the prosecution of this case was instituted (Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act) (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
