1. The plaintiff's successor to the defendant based on the insurance contract as shown in the attached Table 1 in relation to the insurance accident mentioned in the attached Table 2;

1. Basic facts

A. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant entered into the instant insurance contract with the Plaintiff, setting the insurance policyholder, the insured, and the beneficiary of the survival insurance, the Defendant from March 15, 2013 to March 15, 2083, and the monthly insurance premium of KRW 73,000 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) as indicated in attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. On September 24, 2013, the Defendant received hospitalized treatment for 14 days from Sep. 24, 2013 to Oct. 7, 2013, as indicated in attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant accident”). The Defendant was hospitalized in the Danean District for 14 days from Sep. 24, 2013 to Oct. 7, 2013. The Defendant was hospitalized in the Danean District for 18 days from Oct. 14, 2013 to Oct. 31, 2013.

C. The insurance contracts confirmed among the insurance contracts concluded by the defendant as the insured and the insurance proceeds received by the defendant as the insured are six cases as listed in Table 1 below. The defendant received insurance proceeds of KRW 8,490,000 from the insurance companies including the plaintiff in accordance with each of the above insurance contracts.

D. The Defendant paid property tax and automobile tax from the year 2010 to September 24, 2014.
