A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 13, 2013, Defendant B urged the victim to receive money from Defendant A or the victim from G University prior to G University located in F on a racing-si 20:00 on October 13, 2013.

On October 14, 2013, at around 07:30 on October 14, 2013, Defendants discovered and followed the victim from the house to work at around 08:05 on the same day while waiting the victim in the house of the victim H at the time of boarding and driving the vehicle, but the victim was unable to attract the victim on board and driving the vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendants followed the victim's vehicle and stopped the vehicle in front of the victim's company in I at the time of racing.

At around 12:30 on the same day, the Defendants waiting for the victim, Defendant B called “A, after entering the company, to look at the E, and to take out from the outside,” and the Defendant sought the victim, “I are waiting for the victim. 2. The Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint confinement) carried the victim at the back seat of the vehicle from the date and place specified in paragraph (1) and operated approximately 83 km of the victim’s cell phone with the victim’s driver’s hand, cut off the victim’s cell phone with the victim’s hand, covered the victim’s her mother and child, and she prevented the victim from driving around 14:00 on the same day until 14:00 on the same day. After arrival at the mother, the Defendant A was monitoring the victim.
