Punishment of the crime

Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months of imprisonment on February 12, 2015 due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint attack) at the Busan District Court on February 12, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 24, 2015. Defendant B was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and two years of a suspended sentence on July 15, 2015 for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint attack) at the Busan High Court on July 15, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 23, 2015.

[2] On September 22, 2014, the Defendants and F (hereinafter “Juvenile Department”) conspired with the Defendant to acquire money by attracting another person to purchase sexual traffic, only on the condition that the Defendant and F (hereinafter “F”) are in the front line, and the Defendant and F (hereinafter “Juvenile Department”). On September 22, 2014, the Defendant and F (hereinafter “F”) were able to engage in sexual traffic by “G” through “G”, which is a smartphone hosting app, and then, F was able to wait for the Defendants with the victim prior to the Defendant’s sexual traffic.
