Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.068% in blood, and the Defendant driven a 15 kilometer of around 09:10 on April 14, 2017, on the street side of Gangnam-gu Seoul Party C, which is the place where it is discovered, from the street before the house of Gangnam-gu Seoul Party C, to the street before the road in front of the Seoul Metropolitan City.
