Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was driving a Grand City B apartment parking lot in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) was forced to rapidly stop from the back of a rocketing car driven by the victim D (the 36-year old) in the front section; and (c) had the victim, who was driving in the same direction in the same direction in the middle section, in the middle section of the apartment parking lot in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do; and (d) had the victim, who was driving in the same direction in the same direction in the middle to the warning of change
Accordingly, the Defendant, at around 12:40 on the same day, driven the above van at a section of approximately 500 meters from the intersection in front of the police box located in the Western Dong-dong, Ulsan-gu to the front of the modern department store in the same Dong to drive in accordance with the first lane of the said road, while driving the said van at a section of about 500 meters prior to the said road, was approaching the victim's left side while driving along the two lanes, and threatened the victim by driving the vehicle as if he shocked the vehicle.
After all, the defendant carried a dangerous article, and threatened the victim.
