Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On August 3, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on August 3, 2018 and two years of suspension of execution was decided on August 11 of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for the purpose of telecommunications.

No person of "2018 Highest 2893" shall intermediate a third party's communications through telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or provide such services for communications of a third party.

Nevertheless, on February 20, 2018, the Defendant opened his cell phone from F in the French area in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and opened his cell phone from F and opened the cell phone in the name of the Defendant, and opened the cell phone (H) in the name of the Defendant, and transferred one heart to F using Kwikset service.

Accordingly, the defendant provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for the purpose of telecommunications.
