The Defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces on October 29, 2012, was notified of the call-up for the training of the homeland reserve forces under the name of the first unit commander of No. 8332, Nov. 13, 2012, which caused the training of the homeland reserve forces (16 hours) conducted at the Dka Center at which the Defendant works for the defendant in Sinpo-si C on November 29, 2012, from November 13, 2012 to November 14, 2012, but did not undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.

The Defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces on October 14, 2012, was served with the notice of call-up for the training of the homeland reserve forces in the name of the first unit commander of the army unit under the name of the 8332 unit commander, which caused the training of the homeland reserve forces (six hours) conducted by the said car center on November 20, 2012 at the training site of the said car center around 14:00 on October 31, 2012,

The Defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces on October 14, 2012, was served with a notice of call-up for training of the homeland reserve forces in the name of the first unit commander of the army unit under the name of the 8332 unit commander, which caused the training of the homeland reserve forces (six hours) conducted at the above car center on November 21, 2012 at the training site of the Sinpo-si Reserve Forces on November 21, 2012, but did not undergo
