The defendant is a person who drives a studio without a number plate owned by B.

1. On May 5, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) on a light of around 04:30 on May 5, 2016, the Defendant driven an off-to-land without a bicycle driver’s license in the section of approximately 2 kilometers from the Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the front day of the set-off central market entrance in the same region, while driving the off-to-land without a bicycle driver’s license.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated an off-to-land without any license plate that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as paragraph (1).
