A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. From February 2018 to March 2018, the Defendant: (a) worked as an employee at a mobile phone sales store located in Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan, as an employee from the mobile phone sales store located in the victim C’s mobile phone located in Busan Dong-gu; (b) took 8,864,90 won in total in the market value of the victim’s gallon and gallon; and (c) stolen the victim’s property.

2. On February 13, 2018, the defrauded: (a) the Defendant received money from the victim and thought that he/she would use it as his/her own living expenses, etc.; (b) the Defendant received 3.80,000 won in cash from the victim on the same day; and (c) on the same day, he/she received 80,000 won in cash from the E bank account in the name of the Defendant (Account Number F) on February 19, 2018, and received 150,000 won in total from each of the above accounts on February 19, 2018.

On March 15, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim G that he/she had become aware of as a customer at the time of his/her service at a mobile phone agency prior to the end of March 15, 2018, stating that “the agency did not have any money because it was short of the sales.” The Defendant opened the mobile phone in the name of aner, and paid the fee only for three months, and the payment of the fee will be made in full.”

However, in fact, the Defendant was thought to sell his/her mobile phone in the victim's name after opening the cell phone in the victim's name and making use of small payment, etc. as a result of his/her debt amounting to KRW 40 million, and there was no intention or ability to terminate it normally for three months after paying the mobile phone fee in the victim's name.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received the resident registration certificate from the victim on March 16, 2018 from the victim and is in Busan J in Busan-gu.
