Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall conduct acts and operate facilities falling under a singing practice place in a school environment sanitation and cleanup zone.

Nevertheless, from August 29, 2015 to February 25, 2016, the Defendant operated a 'C' singing practice center on the first floor of the building in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, a school environment sanitation cleanup zone.
