Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 9, 2005, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with Defendant A, the insured, as the Defendant B, as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. From December 21, 2005, Defendant B was hospitalized at C Hospital for three days on the ground of spine ebrate ebrate, as indicated in the following table, and was hospitalized (hereinafter “instant hospitalized treatment”) for 694 days in total from December 21, 2005 to August 12, 2014, and received insurance money totaling KRW 28,44,763 from the Plaintiff according to the instant insurance contract.
