Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for rape by the Gwangju District Court on July 23, 2017, and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Magpo Prison.
[Criminal facts]
1.
