Nevertheless, around 00:48 on May 8, 2016, the Defendant sold to D (W, 14) a tobacco harmful to juveniles at KRW 16,500 for 16,50, tobacco and so on, among others, while working as an employee at “C convenience store” located in Busan Metropolitan Government B.
