Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 12:20 on February 19, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the D Clothing store operated by the victim C (the 53 years of age) who entered the Balll B B B, Busan, the Defendant: (b) stored the original 3 set of the 300,300 won in a string room; and (c) concealed the 1 set of the 300,300 won in the market price; (d) other two punishments are placed outside of the string room, putting the string room; (e) the shopping white with the string source; (e) the theft-friendly source was stolen; and (e) the victim’s property was stolen by the victim E, who got out of the string room, listened to sound of warning, and was in charge of management.
