1. The Defendant’s KRW 588,120,274 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from February 14, 2017 to January 11, 2018, and the following.

Basic Facts

The Plaintiff, as a party, was an organization organized jointly by C (hereinafter referred to as “C”) as a member of the Korea Sports Council (hereinafter referred to as “Korea Sports Council”) and D (hereinafter referred to as “D”), a member organization of the Korea Sports Council (hereinafter referred to as “Korea Sports Council”), which is a member organization of the Korea Sports Council (hereinafter referred to as “Korea Sports Council”), and succeeded to the rights and obligations of each of the above corporations after completing registration of incorporation on December 28, 2015.

The defendant is the chairperson of C and D from around 2008 to 2015, who has overall control over overall administrative affairs, such as management, operation, and budget execution of each of the above corporations.

The defendant criminal punishment against the defendant, as the chairperson of C, received a subsidy from the Korea Sports Council under the pretext of the Gyeonggi Sports Council, and was in custody for the victim, and transferred the money to the personal account under his/her management as if he/she paid it for the purpose of the above subsidy, and then voluntarily used the total amount of KRW 382,50,000 over 236 times from May 30, 2008 to May 30, 2014 by means of cash withdrawal.

As C’s president, the Defendant arbitrarily used KRW 39,720,000 in total over 285 times from July 30, 2010 to June 27, 2014 by transferring funds to an individual account under his/her management as if he/she were paid a subsidy under the name of the Korea Sports Council as a trial allowance, which is the purpose of the above subsidy, for the purpose of operating the athletic organization and operating the athletic organization.

The defendant, as the president of the Korean Sport and Sports Association, has been granted a subsidy under the name of the business expenses related to the national federation promotion project, sports-for-all events by issue, sports-for-all events by issue, national sports-for-all festivals, and traditional issues distribution project, and has been kept in his/her business, as if he/she paid it for the purpose of the above subsidy,
