A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, with the aim of gaining sexual satisfaction, had expressed a view to receiving obscene pictures or videos, such as pictures and videos, which had been flicked, as if having accessed female model viewers who are active on the Internet, and had been able to receive money.

1. On February 7, 2017, the Defendant sent to the victim F, who posted a protocol to find a job by accessing the Internet NAVV car page “E” bulletin at around the Defendant’s residence located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, to the effect that the Defendant would give KRW 50,00 won to the victim F, who posted the protocol to find a job.

The Defendant sent the answer writing to the above victim, stating that “When sending the above victim’s clothes 20 million won a day by affixing a photograph, etc., 30 days later, 120 million won shall be placed in the form of accelerator,” the Defendant prepared a labor contract to the same effect and sent it to the file, and as if he remitted 200 million won to another person, sent the screen, etc. to the file by cutting down the details of the deposit transaction and the conversation contents, as if he remitted the money to another person. The Defendant was sent from 285 to 26 February 2017, 205, such as the photograph of clothes taken by the victim directly from the victim’s body and the photograph of “A-only fixed amount change” written in the body of the victim.

In addition, from April 13, 2013 to February 26, 2017, the Defendant received from 63 victims a photograph of 4,120, and 374 video images, where the face of victims is revealed, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

Accordingly, the defendant collected personal information such as the name and photograph of the victims through the information and communication network.

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Child Uniforms Act (the coercion, intermediary, sexual harassment, etc. against a child) stated in the preceding paragraph on November 11, 2015, intends to offer money if he/she takes pictures of the images, etc. of the victim’s sexually influence “H” (the age of 13) and send them to “H” (the age of 13) in the same manner as the place and the like mentioned in the preceding paragraphs.
