Judgment

Although considering the fact that the Defendant’s mistake is divided, and the equity should be taken into account when the judgment becomes final and conclusive at the same time, considering the fact that the instant crime was committed during the same repeated crime period, the damage was not paid, and other various sentencing conditions as shown in the records and arguments of the instant case, including the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, circumstances after the crime, etc., the sentence imposed by the lower court cannot be deemed to be heavy.

In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
