1. The Defendant’s KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff, as well as 5% per annum from June 20, 2017 to November 23, 2018.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 22, 2016, the Plaintiff filed a demand for the reimbursement claim against Nonparty C, D, E, F, and G with the Seoul Western District Court 2016 tea15313, the Seoul Western District Court issued the payment order as follows. The said payment order was finalized on October 25, 2016 against Nonparty F.

B. The payment order against F is above A.

As to KRW 107,876,40 and the above amount of KRW 107,124,674 out of the total amount of KRW 107,876,40 and the above amount, 12% per annum from August 22, 2013 to January 31, 2016, 10% per annum from February 1, 2016 to the last service date of the original copy of the instant payment order, and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.

C. On February 7, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) upon the confirmation of the above payment order, determined F as the obligor; and (b) applied for the attachment and collection order of the claim 2017 Tasan Branch of Suwon District Court 20400 and the Defendant as the garnishee; and (c) received the order of attachment and collection on February 7, 2017; and (d) the original copy of the said decision was served on the Defendant on February 13, 2017.

One-half of the balance after deducting taxes and public charges, among the bonuses that the debtor receives every month from the third party debtor periodically or unlawfully, and the amount of the above-mentioned claim amount from the amount accumulated after deducting the tax and public charges:

(a) The remainder after subtracting 1.5 million won, if the number is more than 1.5 million won but not more than three million won;

(b) An amount exceeding 1/2 of the monthly salary if the amount exceeds three million won, but does not exceed six million won;

C. If the amount of a claim exceeds 6 million won, the above amount of the amount of the amount excluding three million won [3 million won (benefit / 2) - 1/2] x 1/2 x the above amount of the claim until that time, if the claim is made interim settlement of retirement or interim payment of retirement pay between the amount of the claim and that of the above amount of the claim, the above amount shall be the amount equivalent to 1/2 of each amount excluding taxes and public charges from among retirement allowances, interim settlement payments, and honorary retirement allowances.
