A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

One cap (No. 11) shall be confiscated in the form of a climatic pattern confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2013 Man-Ma309" brought about a theft of another person's things by falling away living expenses without a fixed residence.

At around 01:50 on July 2, 2013, the Defendant, at the home of the victim D, who is located in the Daegu Dong-gu C building 105 Dong-gu, 301, and 83,000 won in cash owned by the victim, in cash, 3,00 won in the victim’s residence, credit cards, 1, and 1, 1,000 strings for women, and 1,00 strings for women with a driver’s license, were caught, and escaped through the victim’s fluoring and drinking fluoring the victim, for the purpose of evading the arrest of the victim, and fluoring the victim through the fluoring window.

Criminal facts

1.
