A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a program to prevent sexual traffic for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 6, 2018, the Defendant promised to pay KRW 200,000 as a price for sexual intercourse between the victim C (W, 14 years old) who is a juvenile and the conversation with the victim C (W, 200,000) through the Corning B around 16:00 on June 6, 2018.

At around 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant parked the Defendant’s Lone Star Motor Vehicle in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si, and moved to the back seat of the vehicle, and on such circumstances, the Defendant had the victim who met with the Defendant and the oral bridge once to purchase the sex of the juvenile.

The Defendant injured the victim by confinement, starting from his own place and driving the said vehicle at the time and place mentioned in the above Paragraph (1) above, when the Defendant was forced from the victim C due to not being aware of commercial sex acts, and driving the said vehicle at the victim’s right time and place. The Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “I will come to the victim coming to the inside of the taxi.
