Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2017, around 23:30, the Defendant driven a B B B B B B B B B B Blue vehicle with alcohol content of about 0.292% in the blood while under the influence of alcohol from the front side of the “cab of guest cruel” in the Yellow-si, Taecheon-si to the front side of the apartment of the same city in the same city.
