A cooperative B is a corporation established for the purpose of cultivating and selling agricultural products, and the defendant A is the chief director of the relevant cooperative.

1. Defendant A

(a) A person who intends to engage in the business of manufacturing or processing criminal foods on January 16, 2014 shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, etc. for each place of business in accordance with statutes.

Nevertheless, on January 16, 2014, the Defendant processed the shoulder, scam, etc. cultivated by the above associations located in Kangyang-gun C with a mutual scam from the scams and scams, and sold them to consumers and 33 others, without registering the food manufacturing and processing business.
